Why Eboni K. Williams Should Join The View Full-Time

Eboni K. Williams would be a fantastic addition to The View as a full-time host. Here are a few reasons why she should have a permanent position.

Eboni K. Williams from The Real Housewives of New York City would be a fantastic addition to The View as a permanent host. Even though Eboni has a well-known name in the industry, she shot to notoriety after she joined season 13 of the popular Bravo series. The attorney began discussing different topics the other RHONY women would never discuss, such as Black Lives Matter, and even venturing outside their Manhattan bubble and into Harlem.

In the beginning, Eboni, who said she will use a donor, got along with all the women in the group, despite some hiccups with Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer throughout the season. By the end of filming, all the ladies seemed to be on good terms.

However, once the show began to air, the women started to turn on Eboni after they felt she was trying to get their long-standing RHONY fans to cancel them. Now that the casting for the show is up in the air, Eboni might need to find herself a new gig.

Eboni Has A Background As A Host

Before Eboni was a cast member on RHONY, she was already a popular host. She worked as a correspondent for CBS News and as a contributor for Fox News. Eboni, who hasn’t spoken to Luann since filming, was also the co-host of the Fox News Specialists afternoon show in 2017. The 38-year-old is currently one of the co-hosts of State of the Culture, a late-night talk show on RevoltTV, a TV network founded by Sean “Diddy” Combs. On the State of the Culture, Eboni and her co-hosts discuss the most controversial and challenging conversations in pop culture politics, social justice, and more, all through the lens of hip-hop. With her background in speaking on important world issues, Eboni would make a great addition to the panel.

Eboni’s Expressed Interest In The Show

In the past, the reality star has expressed interest in joining the popular daytime talk show. After Eboni was announced as one of the many guests for season 25 of The View, she admitted that joining the show would be very exciting. During a podcast episode of Behind The Velvet Ripe With David Yontef, Eboni, who expressed interest in replacing Meghan McCain, said she would love to join the talk show “because the topics on there are so important.” Eboni enjoys speaking with people who have different points of view and listening to other people’s perspectives on a variety of worldly subjects.

Eboni Was A Recent Co-Host

During the week of October 18, Eboni guest co-hosted two days on The View, alongside Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and Sara Haines. After her two-day run, Eboni threw her hat in the ring to become the next full-time host now that Meghan has left. “It was an amazing two days. It was kinda like your birthday for two days in a row,” she told Entertainment Tonight. Eboni, who denied suing Bravo, went on to call becoming a host on The View her “dream job,” citing former host from 1997 to 2006 as her inspiration. Now that Eboni had a chance to guest host, she is hoping this will lead to a permanent position in the future.

Despite only guest hosting on The View for a couple of days, Eboni would make an amazing addition to the panel. She is highly educated, has prior experience as a host, and she is a well-known public figure after appearing on The Real Housewives of New York City. Eboni is without a doubt the best choice to replace Meghan.
